Bought the wand for my hubby at Christmas and we’ve just got round to opening it. I’ve mastered all the commands quite easily, however, neither of us can get the clockwise or anticlockwise command to work (1 and 2 pulse). Did you have any difficulties with this?

Yes, the wand is really great. Still using mine!
Your wand shouldn’t be vibrating like that, I think something is clearly wrong. According to TheWandCompany’s website you have 12 months of warranty. You can e-mail Chris Barnardo, one of the wand makers, at this e-mail: chris.barnardo (at) thewandcompany.com. You can tell him you got the e-mail from me.

Hi Jan!
Great review, it makes me wanna buy it – again!
I’ve just got my wand and it really is beautiful! But it doesn’t seem to work at all. I have removed the white plastic as told, but as soon as I put on the battery door, it vibrates whole the time. It is not pulsing as it should. It vibrates until I remove the battery. It’s very odd, and even though I had followed all the instructions in the manual, it don’t seem to work.
I hope you can help me.
